Source

The sequence originally came from the genome of Bacillus subtilis 168, amplified, then inserted into a vector by Gateway reaction. Then the iGEM prefix and suffix was added using PCR. From there, the sequence that was already added with prefix and suffix was cloned into pSB1C3.
